3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • The product must not be damaged or tampered with
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt)

3.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned

In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
  • Products that have been used, partially consumed, or had their seal broken

4. Return Process

  2. Receive confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your return request and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify it meets the return conditions.
  5. Refund processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

5. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • Approved returns: You will receive a full refund of the product price, including the standard delivery costs originally paid. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refund timeline: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or receiving proof that the product has been shipped back, whichever is earlier.
  • Supplementary delivery costs: If you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product without tracking information.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

  • We will cover the return shipping costs
  • You are entitled to a full refund or a replacement product at your choice
  • We may request photographs of the defective or damaged product for our records

8. Warranty and Consumer Rights

Under Swedish and EU consumer protection law, you have rights beyond the 14-day withdrawal period. If a product is found to be faulty or does not match the description, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) for up to 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260).

You must report the fault within a reasonable time after discovering it. A complaint made within two months of discovery is always considered timely.
